Terms of Service

1. About us
90+ is a trading name of Rich Business Consultancy Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17030629), with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ (“90+”, “we”, “us”).
By creating an account or using the 90+ app or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Minimum age
90+ is a training programme that scales across four difficulty standards (Academy, Semi-Pro, Pro and World Class). You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the app. By signing up you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Players under 16 should train on the Academy standard only, unless a qualified coach, PE teacher or medical professional has specifically advised they are ready for a higher intensity.
Anyone under 18 should also have the agreement of a parent or guardian before starting an exercise programme of this kind.
3. Health & safety
90+ provides general fitness and conditioning content. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional healthcare. You should consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new exercise programme, particularly if you have an injury, medical condition or any concern about your fitness to train.
You take part in 90+ sessions at your own risk. Always warm up properly, choose a safe training environment, and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or any other warning sign. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries arising from your use of the app.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account. You must give us accurate sign-up information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or are used in a way that harms other users or the service.
5. Membership & billing
90+ is sold as a recurring subscription. On the web, prices are shown on our pricing page and include VAT where applicable. In the iOS app, prices are displayed before purchase and billed by Apple.
- Monthly plans renew automatically each month.
- Annual plans renew automatically each year.
- Squad (Head Coach) plans renew automatically each year at £500 per year and include up to 20 player seats. Promo codes do not apply to Squad plans.
- Subscriptions purchased inside the iOS app are billed by Apple via In-App Purchase. By subscribing you authorise the relevant provider to charge your chosen payment method on each renewal.
We may change our prices from time to time. Any change will only apply to renewals after we have given you reasonable notice by email or in-app.
5a. Squad plans
A Squad plan is taken out by a Head Coach and gives that coach up to 20 seats to assign to players. Each player who occupies a seat receives full 90+ app access for as long as the Squad plan remains active and that seat is assigned to them. The Head Coach may choose whether to take a seat themselves. A player may belong to more than one Squad at the same time.
If a player is removed from a Squad, or the Squad plan ends, that player loses Squad-based access. They keep their account and historical data, and receive a 7-day grace period of continued access before their account reverts to free-tier status. They can restore access at any time by joining another active Squad or starting their own membership; their stats and history will be re-attached automatically.
All players in a Squad are automatically connected as friends inside the app. Leaving the Squad does not remove these friendships.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your membership at any time. On the web, cancel from your account settings. On iOS, cancel via your Apple ID Subscriptions in Settings. When you cancel, your membership remains active and you continue to have full access to 90+ until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, your subscription will not renew.
7. No refunds
All payments to 90+ are non-refundable. This includes partial months or unused time on annual plans, whether you cancel, stop using the app, or your account is closed for breach of these terms. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
By starting your membership and accessing the digital service immediately you acknowledge that, where applicable, you lose your right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations once the service has begun.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, resell or redistribute 90+ content; not to share your account with others; not to attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service; and not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.
9. Intellectual property
The 90+ name, brand, app, content, sessions and underlying methodology are owned by Rich Business Consultancy Ltd or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own training while your membership is active.
10. Liability
We do our best to keep 90+ available and accurate, but we provide it on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and limit our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
11. Termination by us
We may suspend or close your account if you materially breach these terms, if your payment fails, or if we are required to do so by law. Where the breach is not your fault, we will refund any prepaid portion of your membership covering the period after termination.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will tell you by email or in-app before they take effect. Continuing to use 90+ after the change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts (without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence).
