Defensive Rock
Long walks broken by violent reactive sprints. Lowest volume, highest decision density.

Overlapping Fullback
Underlap, overlap, sprint back. Asymmetric repeated bursts down the flank.

Every session is built like a real match. Two blocks of 45 minutes, split by a 15 minute half time reset, with added time randomised so you find yourself pushing past the whistle far more often than not.
Intensities are generated from real positional data harvested across the elite men's and women's game, so the bursts, lulls and recovery windows mirror what your position actually faces on the pitch.
No two sessions are identical. Walk, jog, run and sprint intervals are seeded fresh each time, calibrated to your position's per 90 distance, sprint count and intensity curve.

Every game you play is one of five tactical shapes, and your body is asked to do something completely different in each. Park the Bus is walk, sprint, jog, walk. Gegenpress is sprint, sprint, sprint, breathe. Same position, same 90 minutes. Totally different shift.
That's why 90+ ships five scenarios x nine positions = 45 sessions. Each one mirrors a real tactical state your manager might pick on a Saturday, calibrated to your role. Train them all, and you stop getting blindsided when the team sheet changes.

Backs-to-the-wall defending. Long walking phases broken by violent reactive sprints when the line finally cracks.
Defensive RockLow intensity. Walk-heavy. Few short sprints, concentrated in the final 20%.
Marauding Wing-backLow intensity. Walk-heavy. Low sprint count, short sprints only.

Sit, soak pressure, then explode the other way. Long isolated sprints with full walking recoveries. One of the hardest shifts in football.
